We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to the nature of our products. We take pride in packaging each of our orders with love and care. Team Hemma will not be held responsible for whatever happens after we have shipped it, or if your package gets lost by USPS. In the event that your package gets lost, you would have to contact USPS - not us. Thank you!

Should your items have any defects within 7 days of arrival you should notify us IMMEDIATELY. You can get in contact with us through the contact form located under "contact" on the homepage. Please send an email including your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Eligible replacements will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and are not guaranteed.
